To continue decorating your garden you can drape a fish net over the backyard fence and attach paper and plastic fish to it. It’s very convinient nowadays to rent bubble machine, and place it in the yard to create “sea bubbles” for everybody to enjoy.
To give the party “under the ocean” feeling you can cover the lights in the room with blue cellophane paper. Stuffed sea animals spreaded around the room will also add to the party atmosphere.
